Tender Onion Baked Chicken

This is one of my go to recipes when I don't know what to cook and want something quick, easy, but good. I usually have everything on hand for this recipe too since it only has 3 ingredients. The recipe is basically this, take a few boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them up into 1 inch pieces. Put them in a baking pan and drizzle with about 3 T of melted butter (give or take). Then open a packet of dry onion soup mix and shake over the chicken. Now you really want to coat the chicken (see picture) to give it good flavor. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. That's my version and you can change it how you like. You don't need to cut up the chicken if you don't want to. It cooks faster and is easier to eat if you do cut it up though. The chicken comes out juicy and tasty with crispy onions on top. I really like the flavor. And I really like that it's easy. And my kids will eat it. If you really want a recipe here's the real recipe:

Tender Onion Baked Chicken

10 chicken breast tenderloins or strips

1/4 cup margarine, melted

1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour melted margarine over the chicken strips. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
